This was our first time using park n fly. We hadn’t completed our reservation online when we pulled up to the gate Byron was extremely helpful and patient as we completed the reservation. He also ended up being our shuttle driver. He picked us up quickly gave us a parking spot slip and walked us through the process of how to get a ride back on our return.
