Everyone was incredibly helpful and pleasant from our early morning arrival around 4:30am on 9/13/23 to when we arrived back at the airport late on 9/16/23. Especially Adel, our shuttle driver on the way back to Park n Fly from BDL.

What do you like about our services?

The effectiveness that work hand in hand with the mechanics that your company has implemented starting with your app, the QR code, immediately always ready to take us to the airport the app allowing us to send a message in picking us up and where and the text that is received confirming that you are aware and then the car ready for us to load bags and drive off.

It was so easy to find a parking spot upon arrival. The shuttle was already present and ready to take me to the airport. They were wonderful about helping me with my bags and ensuring I got to the airport in a timely manner.
