Quick easy service
The car in front of us couldn’t get their phone to scan…. There was no one at the window. We had to find an attendant to help them. Should have an attendant at the window at all times.
It was easier than the yellow dot place last year. The people were much friendlier and helpful getting in and getting out.

The shuttle drivers look out for the customers AND gives them a ticket that tells the next driver where their vehicle is located when we return and that driver can drop them at their vehicle. It is by far the best parking we've used at the Cleveland Airport.

It's just so convienent and staff is always SO friendly and helpful! Waiting for pickup is very minimal both parking and picking up from the airport once we are back!
