I can leave my vehicle and be delivered to my terminal and picked up at the end of my trip. Great service.

Got in and out quickly. Parking lot was full, glad staff/system kept track of open spaces. Drivers were professional. After a red eye flight, I couldn’t find my “barcode” on my phone at checkout, cashier was very courteous & looked up my info old school style & I was on my way.

It all comes down to the people. On our return from France, we were greeted at MSP by a very friendly and helpful man who had been on this job for 30 years. I believe his name was David or Dennis. He hoisted all of our heavy bags into the van and arranged them nicely on the rack for us. We had friendly conversation with him all the way back to the parking ramp. Then on entering the ramp, he pointed out the improvements that were being made. On arriving at our vehicle, he removed our heavy bags and took them over to our vehicle and gave us a very friendly thank you and good bye. He made our entire experience a pleasant one!

Then on our way out of the ramp, I had difficulty getting my ticket to scan. But a very pleasant and helpful young woman came out and quickly got it all resolved. I wish I remembered her name, but she is definitely an asset to the Park 'N' Fly organization.

This was my first experience with Park 'N' Fly, and you can bet I will be a repeat customer!!
