The driver at 5:00am was right there to pick me up and was super friendly, helpful and engaging. Coming home the shuttle was at the airport.

The downside was a new scanner was implement and it didn't read my QR code to enter. I asked for assistance and they told me what to do. I talked to the driver and he explained exactly what what was happening and what I should do to check out.

Very efficient. The bus driver was very nice and helpful. At pick up they called in our car and it was waiting for us when we arrived.

i left the tray to my daughters stroller on the bus before our flight but they kept it and i was able to get it back when we returned from our vacation!

Was so easy. Drive right up. Scan bar code. Directed to parking area. Our car was secure and safe. Used shuttle direct to airport. Shuttle was there when we returned back from trip. Car just like we left it. Out of the lot in less than two minutes. With a complimentary water.

Gives random discounts every once in awhile and have frequent buses. Although every time we travel and drop off our vehicle the process changes. It would be nice to have a consistent process

Reasonably priced. Shuttle drivers are usually pretty quick to get you to the airport and get you picked up from the airport.
