We have and always like the people that pick us up and drop us off. For some reason, you guys are always the most helpful, pleasant, and patient which makes leaving and coming back much less traumatic. On the return journey, we had "Keith" as our guide back to your cars. He made sure that everyone's cars were ready when we pulled up, which is always the best feature of Park 'N Fly, especially in the winter months. Please keep doing what you do so well and give "Keith" a big shout-out from the Last name removed's. There were eight of us in that party including a one-year-old and a two-year-old... Thanks again!

The valet service is great. We love dropping off our vehicle up front and getting on the shuttle. When we return it is easy to hand our ticket over to the driver and find our vehicle waiting for us under the roofed departure area.

All of the staff were very personable. It was close to the airport. We didn’t have any wait time for shuttles. The guy even dropped us off right next to our car when we got home. What more could you ask for?

I love the ease of making reservations online or on my mobile app. The shuttles are quick and employees super friendly most of the time! Very reliable service for when I travel.

We parked and the bus was behind us waiting. we picked up other in the parking lot before going to the airport. The bus driver was courteous we arrived at the terminal in plenty of time. Coming back we called the number and texted the terminal and gate. bus was there in less than 10 minutes. The bus driver was courteous.

When I dropped off the car I was greeted by an associate who took care of my luggage, the bus was prompt. Pickup was easy via text message, the car was ready and waiting for me when we arrived at the lot.
