Unfortunately, due to the unexpected and unannounced arrival of the Vice President on the date of my reservation, blocked streets and heavy traffic made it impossible to get to the parking facility with enough time to park and take the shuttle over to the airport. We ended up weaving our way to the airport and parking in their garage.

There was no time to contact Park N Fly to cancel the reservation. This was a City of Chicago issue, not yours.

We were more than happy with your service. We arrived from an overnight flight and had bought a battery to recharge batter if necessary, yep we need to charge our battery, We could not get the charger to work. Your driver tried to see if he could help, nope. He offer to call your valet. Your valet said they use the charger and he helped my husband and got the car started, yeah!. We do not travel a lot, but you can be sure we will always use Park and Fly. Thank You so much.

The price seemed very reasonable for the 5 days, when we arrived last Monday (the 11th), we pulled into the valet area, someone took care of us within a minute or 2, the shuttle bus driver loaded our bag and off we went to the airport. When we returned(15th), we were in the baggage area waiting for our bag, and the driver was already there waiting for us, and another woman, when our bag came out, he even got it off the belt for us, and off we went back to Park N Fly! I'd never seen that before! When we arrived, our car was waiting there for us, he gave us the paperwork, and off we went for home. We don't travel too often, but when we do, we will always use you for our parking facility!
