I am completely amazed by the level of service I received at the lot by Midway in Chicago. My battery and my keyfob battery both went dead while I was away.
My back hatch was cracked open, my car wouldn't start and I took an afternoon flight home so I could grab my daughter from school and finish my work day.

The young men there went above and beyond to jump my battery and figure out why my back hatch wouldn't close even after my CX-9 started. I couldn't drive through Chicago with a cracked hatch 😅😭.

After an hour and a half of trouble shooting and finding a few tools they finally got it closed. I was afraid to see the bill being in the city and all the tinkering they were doing.

To my surprise there was no charge they told me they were there to take care of their customers and give them the best service. WOW ❤️!! To say this year has been the worst year of my life is an understatement. To be treated so well and feel the caring and concern from these young people has renewed some of my hope.
Thank you Park and Fly for employing some amazing people and your mission to help customers feel safe and genuinely cared for.

Very easy process and I have had no issues using this company. Make things easier on yourself and book online before hand. The pickup and drop off is ver easy and convenient. I would highly recommend Park and Fly Plus!

We parked in covered parking our past few trips. The pick up and drop off service both at the facility and the airport were very prompt. The drivers have been very helpful and kind. The service since Covid has improved 100%. Thank you.

When we arrive at Park 'N Fly, we are picked up at our car almost immediately, helped with our luggage, given a reminder of where we are parked in writing so we have it for our return trip home, and are dropped off at the airport in a timely fashion. On our return, a van is almost always waiting for arriving passengers so we can get right on and be taken directly back to our car.

When we were picked at the Cleveland airport on 9/16/23, the van driver was wonderful. He met us outside the van, loaded all of our luggage, and was so happy and positive. I wish I knew his name! But I do know he was going on vacation in Canada the next week. Kudos to this man!
