I had prepaid for covered parking but when we arrived they said they were full (that frustrated me) but then I was told I could go to valet for no additional cost, I thought that was fair and appreciated the gesture.

What do you like about our services?

Extremely quick and easy drop-off and pick-up. Shuttle service to the airport was very quick and efficient. Pick-up from the airport took longer but I came in at a very busy time of day, so it was nothing to complain about. Car was ready and waiting for me when we pulled up to the lot. Windows down, with the key fob and a copy of my receipt sitting on the dash.
Price was cheaper than the airport parking but a bit higher than other lots in the area. Well worth it considering the excellent service and peace of mind knowing your vehicle is safe while you are away.

The valet parking was so easy. We showed up, left our vehicle, got on the shuttle and we were at the airport in about 10 minutes!

Over the years I have been able to count on your quick services to and from either airport as needed. It has always been easier to park at your facility than at the airport, especially when I have additional luggage.

I park at Park 'N Fly frequently and am a Frequent Parker Member. The benefit is the special gated Platinum or Preferred parking lot. My last visit, the lot was full and I had to park all the way in the back, and took a very long time to get picked up. That was very disappointing as the special parking lot is why I use PNF. I even made a reservation online. If so, I should be able to have a spot in the lot.

I was nervous coming of Terminal A at 10:30 PM and saw all the parking shuttle buses except Park N Fly. Turned out fine. Only waited 3 minutes and the driver Mark was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our time back to the car park talking to Mark. Helped with the suitcases on both ends and waited for car to start up. Thanks Mark.
