Very convenient. We had an early departure and late return. No cabs or limos. Park in the lot a short way away from the chaos of the airport. Met at the car by the shuttle. When we returned, dropped off right at the car.

Quick pickup at the lot and transfer to the airport and back, helpful and friendly drivers and easy prepay for entry and exit.

shuttle is quick and clean. Parking spots are permantent spaces and you dont have to leave your keys and car isnt moved around. Just show printed receipt or bar to scan and get into parking spot. Good security and close to airport. 5 minutes away

Efficient process to get your car in and out and get to the airport.

Location and great helping staff. I do not have to wait for shuttles upon arrival. I also like the online reservation system which is very user friendly.

However, I would like to mention lately the shuttles are packed to the hilt when providing drop off or pick up, which is a bit uncomfortable . Perhaps the drivers have been told to fill up the shuttle to the max before taking off.

I’m not a frequent traveler by any means so using Park N Fly takes the guesswork out of navigating DFW and drops me right to the door of my gate. These guys can get you there blindfolded and the service is so fast. Service is always top notch.

We always use Park 'N Fly when we travel. Once we park our vehicle the bus is always there to pick us up within a couple of minutes. After landing and getting our bags we text Park 'N Fly to let them know we are ready, and there have never been any long wait times to be picked up. We are very pleased with the service. And to top it off, the past two times we have travelled we have been greeted by the nicest lady when we exit the lot. We asked her name and it is Helena Fernandez. She is so kind, upbeat, bubbly and happy that we leave with a smile! She is a great asset to your company.
