When parking is available it is a very good option for covered parking. Wait times for pickup to & from airport <10 minutes.

Smooth process from parking to exit. However, one thing. It has been several years since I last used your service and ATL is still changing things around. I forgot to ask when I got let off at the ATL airport about where I would go in the ATL terminal on the return back. I didn't see anything on the phone app and didn't see any directions in the ATL terminal map on where to pick up the shuttle. It would be great to have directions even in short text form somewhere on the app on where to go to get on the shuttle back to the parking lot. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and I asked a customs agent I saw walking in the ATL terminal where to go and he directed me.

Drivers were courteous & both helped me with my luggage. The female attendant was extremely helpful when I checked out. I did not know how to use my QR code, and she was very respectful and extremely helpful.

This return was unusual…..the wait for the shuttle was very long due to a large number of people in line. Normally, we like the promptness of the shuttles and the friendly, helpful staff
