I like the easiness of the shuttle along with how you are able to call a shuttle. I dont like that the message didnt give clear instructions on what gate we needed to be at to get picked up. We got lost and had to ask for directions in order to get to the correct place.

I joined the program and reserve my spot now, I've done this twice this past month, but when I reserve, I apply the coupon code that's sent to my email, and upon checking out, it's not applied. I wrote in and got no response. This is my only complaint. Thank you.
