The salesman was very patient with us and the manager was very organized and professional. Only didn’t give it a 10 because I had to settle for a design that I wasn’t in love with but would work. Need more beige or ivory leather options with leg and head rest power with good lumbar support.

Our representative, Jordan was very helpful, encouraged us to look around at all of the furniture sets to be sure we were making a good choice. When we decided, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and took the time to explain the set and why it was the best choice for us. We did not feel pressured into buying anything, but Jordan worked with us on getting the furniture into our new home at the right time.
