We were returning a sofa, nothing wrong with the sofa!!! It’s beautiful. We decided to go with a recliner sofa. Our original salesperson wasn’t there, but Ben helped us out! He was super helpful! Very knowledgeable too.

Friendly and helpful staff. they listened to us as far as letting us initially walk around and then were ready to answer our questions. Angelica &John (trainee) were awesome!!!! We'll definitely be back to furnish the rest of our place once we get into a new house in the future

Our sales rep, Devin Hart has been great in assisting my wife and I make upholstery and mattress selections. Devin is very knowledgeable about the product in helping us navigate through the numerous options. The showroom itself has a great selection and is very well laid out in room settings that has helped us visualize how things will look in our home.

Staff member was extremely helpful in purchasing the extended warranty coverage on my recent purchase. She was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and efficient (hate I forgot her name). Will find the business card and ask to work with her again considering the manager promised (unprompted) that my original salesman would maintain contact with me throughout the purchase process, however, has yet to do so. I attempted to contact him several times about the extended warranty options he told me about initially with no response. I stopped by the store to see him but again, was not available. Glad someone was willing to help me.

My daughter and I were met at the door by Devin Hart. He was very thorough when finding out what our needs were. He explained the layout of the store and he gave us ample time to look around and find what we wanted. The store had a very pleasant atmosphere and furniture was beautiful with enough choices for whatever style a customer might have. I will definitely revisit this store when I am ready to purchase more furniture.
