He explained the layout of the store and he gave us ample time to look around and find what we wanted. The store had a very pleasant atmosphere and furniture was beautiful with enough choices for whatever style a customer might have. I will definitely revisit this store when I am ready to purchase more furniture.

We were met by an associate that greeted us and asked how he could assist us. He directed us to the area we were interested in and allowed us to browse. He checked in to see if we needed assistance and answered any questions we had. We in no way felt pressured. Once we made our decision he helped us complete the transaction. Staff member was extremely helpful in purchasing the extended warranty coverage on my recent purchase. She was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and efficient (hate I forgot her name). Will find the business card and ask to work with her again considering the manager promised (unprompted) that my original salesman would maintain contact with me throughout the purchase process, however, has yet to do so. I attempted to contact him several times about the extended warranty options he told me about initially with no response. I stopped by the store to see him but again, was not available. Glad someone was willing to help me.
