The gentleman and lady were very kind, agile, and professional. I went just for a Pillow and seeing that good attitude and energy, now I want to come back and buy my bed with you.
My husband and I was greeted by the employees immediately and they took a moment to introduce themselves and explain the tags on the furniture etc. I loved the fact that they gave us space to explore the store which gave me time to really think about what I wanted. They came and checked on us periodically and answered all of our questions. It was the best shopping experience and will shop there again in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Preston at the Ashley Outlet in Greensboro, North Carolina. His knowledge, kindness and ensuring we were taken care of was above and beyond. We are moving from Georgia to North Carolina and Preston has stayed in touch to provide updates on the furniture we purchased in anticipation of our move in date. We found additional pieces that we wanted to order and Preston took great care of those items for us while we were still in Georgia. We love Ashley furniture and our thankful that Preston was the person to greet us at the door, he allowed us to look, make decisions as a family and did not feel pressured. I mentioned to him how I loved he asked questions of what we were looking for, pointed out where we would need to locate said items and allowed us space.

The little girl was great but I took a bad fall in the corner and tripped over the corner of a bed. I told the little girl I fell and she was very sweet. I don’t cause any problems for businesses but I just wanted to let you know how I fell. It was on the right side when you walk in, in the corner. I’m going to the doctor on Friday to see if anything is broken. Like I say, I’m not trying to get money so I will let you know if I broke anything. The girl was great! I just pray I don't need surgery. I fell pretty hard!! Just look at the bed in the corner because I tripped on corner of the bed. We bought our last couch and loveseat there. Big Ben was excellently accommodating. He listened to my needs and met them expeditiously. I told him what I was looking for and why, he guided me to the pieces on the floor as well as the catalog. Detailed the highlights of each piece and the colors available, handled all of the go between with paperwork while we studied the floor pieces. He had all of the answers to my questions, was friendly, and the entire process was said and done in no time at all thanks to his diligence in his career. I initially went to Ashley today not really expecting to purchase anything, but rather to gather information and test out sectionals. I was immediately greeted by Devin Hart, who provided exceptional service in every way. He patiently showed me several different options, listened intently to what I was looking for in a sectional, and had great recommendations to provide. He was knowledgeable, kind and is a genuine asset to Ashley. Ultimately, I decided on an incredibly comfortable, modular sectional that Devin helped me configure to best fit my space. He then managed to get me an outstanding deal in price. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Ashley and highly recommend Devin for all of your furniture buying needs.
