Ryan took us to the perfect couh for us. It was just what we wre looking for. Cushions that unzip for washing and firm cushioning. Small enough for our space but large enough for our needs.
Sales man introduced himself (Big Ben), asked what we were looking for and showed us where to find those items. He let us shop on our own and would occasionally check in on us. He was very knowledgeable and made our buying experience simple and easy.

The store sales manager, I give him one star. Not gonna get in the all the detail, but bottom line was they got all our money and refused to deliver the furniture because of a signature issue. when their signatures themselves were not legible.
Sales manager knew about the issue, but did not call us and let us know so we were stuck waiting for our furniture and it never shows up. Getting paid big bucks and not doing your job is not acceptable.
And by the way, I push five for five stars and it locked in 10 it won’t let me change it.

Prompt, courteous and professional service
We bought a dining room table from the Greensboro, NC store, and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 13th between 4 - 8:30 PM and I received a text at 8:25 PM saying they were 5 minutes away. They never showed up and the customer service 800 # was closed after I finally called them to find out why they did not show up. I called the next morning to see when we will get our table, and she never called back so I drove to the store.
I spoke with John Summerford at the store, and he got right on the phone to start resolving this issue. We were having 13 people over for dinner and I had already thrown out our old table, so we did not have an option to wait. He understood this and said he would call me. Well John called me 3 times keeping me up to date with this issue and what he did was have our table that was damaged delivered at 1 PM Saturday and the two technicians delivered and installed the table. John then assured me they will order a new table and come pick up the loaner and install our new table when available.
This gentleman went above and beyond my expectations and I truly appreciate everything he did for my wife and I
