Peter is the best in the industry. Pointed out that the house I was gonna buy had aluminum wiring. Something I was not aware of, after a few phone calls I got a document proving that the electrical work was done properly and by a licensed electrical. This helped the house get approved and allow insurance to insure the house. Thanks again Peter

Went somehat, thoroughly the unit. But I wish you had checked outlet, but again it was clearly had to replaced so that was a no brainer. But overall, good work thank you.

Peter is awesome! He did a thorough inspection of our house. He arrived promptly and ready. He is really friendly and approachable. He checked every nook and cranny of the property. He assessed everything, from plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, and more, leaving no stones unturned! He’s very open to educating as well! He walked us through the inspections, recommended fixes if there’s any, he even told us what to budget for in the future! He’s awesome! Highly recommended!
