Food was stone cold. Wings, boneless wings and chips. Boneless wings were so overcooked, there was barely any meat and since they were so cold that made them even harder. I used to visit the Harrisburg location 2-3 times a month, so when I moved into the Steele Creek area I decided to try that location. The food definitely wasn't hot and fresh like I'm used to so I doubt I'd visit again and I certainly wouldn't recommend that location. The girl at the front register who took my order over the phone and rang me up was nice though. Overall really disappointing. 1 out of 5 stars, would be zero if not for the customer service.
Take out order was wrong, but still delicious. Requested honey mustard and always get the bourbon honey mustard. You should remove the honey mustard from the menu if no longer available.

The easy online ordering But I feel like if you are ordering wings you should at least get a free ranch cannot believe you have to pay for them.
The mild sauce had a lot of oil but no mild sauce. The wings ended up having no flavor at all.

The service and management were good (especially the management) however wings came out was cold. The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. Not a fan personally.

We enjoy the wings with celery sticks, and finger wipes. I learned the hot and spicy is NOT too hot and spicy for me! My husband always gets the same honey barbeque. The bathrooms are clean...and the staff are friendly!

We usually frequent the location in Kannapolis since we live in that area. But on occasion, we visit the Albermarle location when we visit family.
We have not had a good experience at this restaurant on any of the 3 occassions we visited. These visits were spaced out over months.
The first visit was shortly after the opening of the location. There were about 10 people in our party. It took forever to get us seated. Our apps came out burnt and had to be remade. Service was terrible.
The second was at lunchtime on a weekday. There were very few servers. I believe we were actually served by the bartender. When he wasn't actually doing his job, he was sitting at the bar with another customer.
The last time was on 2/23/2020. We were seated. Our order was taken. The order was mostly correct. I ordered the buffalo sliders. There was little to no flavor of the chicken on the sandwich. I asked the server to bring me a side of buffalo sauce and I never received it. She kept forgetting stuff (I also asked for a box that she kept forgetting).
Food is good
Had carryout Sunday night go the first time. Picked wings up on our way home from being out of town. We live approximately a mile from the restaurant. While the wings and order were ready on time, with minimum waiting period, the wings were dry when we got them home to eat them. Disappointed.
Always had great experiences at East Coast Wings, but this was different. I got to the restaurant at 8:30. I realize that closing at 9, this isn't ideal, but I was all but turned away at the door by the two women hostesses. Again, I know it isn't ideal, but I couldn't get to the restaurant any earlier, and if customers aren't going to be served until 9 then the hours shouldn't be listed until 9. It was 8:30 and chairs were up, tables being cleaned, tea was dumped out, and it seemed like the kitchen had begun shutting down as well. Thankfully, another lady (assuming a manager) came over and offered us to sit down, and was apologetic claiming that they don't close until 9 and we were fine. It all worked out, but it left a bad taste in my mouth as I had driven over a half hour and felt that my business wasn't wanted. I'll reiterate, if the kitchen isn't going to be open until 9, then the restaurant shouldn't be advertised as being open until then. I love ECW, but I probably will not be returning to this location.
I wasn’t impressed with the bartender. Got my take out order wrong and wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. I felt that if you’re not a regular then you don’t get preferential treatment.
Ranch needs to come in bottles again. Especially when the entire table orders wings. The service wasn’t 100%. It was almost like there wasn’t a manager there.

unfortunately not the best night - we sat in the bar and the bartender, while nice, was very busy at the bar and not very available for us. the food took a VERY long time, we had to remind her we wanted our fries first, slow to refill drinks. just not a great night, when the bar is busy, the bartender should have some help if she is waiting on tables too.
I made an online order at 6:20. It was supposed to be ready at 6:35. When I arrived at 6:40 it wasn't ready and then 10 minutes later they said that they didn't have my order at all! I had to show them my confirmation email and order number and I finally got my food at 7pm. what did I order? I ordered a salad. Very disappointed.
