Mostly satisfied with the rep. Very responsive to our needs. Somewhat disappoi Ted (first time for suc) in tech. Has done great in past. This time did not see him due roof of tiki hut. Also two techs I think caused to much distraction with their conversation etc. Will see how it goes next time. Usually has been very good.

For the most part I am happy that almost any bug I find in my home is dying or dead. I still object to having a truck in front of my house that says "Bug Out" but am satisfied with the service.

I love Arrow they do a great job on my lawn last summer I had some sort of disease in my grass and I had to put out a lot of plugs that’s when I changed to Arrow taking care of my lawn and this year I have a beautiful lawn very plush and healthy lawn .
