I rarely have to call customer service, but when I do, they are so pleasant and helpful! Even on Thursday January 22, 2026, when I'm sure they were flooded will calls for flight changes, my rep (based in Chicago) was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I wish I'd remembered her name!
