The agents were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the most direct flights that fit within the budget allocated to me by the university. They also asked questions about other travel accommodations and pointed me in the right direction for those which they could not book via the system.
Working with Alana, who is now on leave, and Jennifer for our current vacation went well. Both were responsive to what we wanted and answered questions promptly. Vacations were easy to book through both of them. My only complaint about Fox is that no one is available on off hours if something were to come up while we're out of the country. I think if I worked directly with the vacation supplier, I would get 24/7 assistance if a problem arose, and that's something I'm going to look into next year.

I was very comfortable working with Sonjia. She worked hard to get us everything we needed and had answers to all of our questions. We needed to change our plan because of the hurricane, and Sonjia made sure we were able to travel to a great place without any concerns. I didn't feel that any question was a silly one! She was great to work with and our trip was excellent!
