On a recent call, Agent Jay W. was really expert and outstanding at working through the details of a 3-city trip, with a fair amount of scheduling complexity. I had tried to negotiate this myself on line, and in much less time he came up with a far better itinerary, and got everything arranged and detailed. I am grateful., and will continue to rely on Fox.

But the most annoying part is to get in touch with an agent. It is challenging to get any person through the telephone; I called at least 20 times in different times of the day for two days and then got the person on third day morning.
