Well, this trip I tried to use the booking tool which I have used no problem in the past. I tried maybe 4 times in the course of a day starting all over after, when I had picked flights, seats and hotel rooms, getting an error message saying to try again later but no indication of why.
When I gave a 10 I was thinking of the by phone booking I eventually had to resort to. The agent was very competent friendly thorough and professional. The online experience gets a “1” so maybe I would not recommend Fox World
