Fox Travel helped me book flights to and from Madison for a workshop and helped me immensely when my flight was delayed on the way there. The person helping me looked up alternative flights and airlines so that I could be on my way as fast as possible. Additionally, I didn’t realize that I had accidentally chosen a flight that flew back into the wrong airport. When I called, they were very quick to assist me and do all they could to get me on a flight back to my airport of choice. I am so grateful to all the people who helped me, for their grace and understanding, and for the warmth and kindness they showed me. They really went out of their way to help me and I so appreciate it!

I am writing to tell you and Fox World Travel about a wonderful experience I had with one of your agents recently.
I had been having a heck of a time getting an international flight with several stops booked properly in concur so I called your group.
To be really honest, it’s been years since I called into our travel agency because the last one we had was so hard to deal with that I would just rather figure it out on my own.
I just have to say Owen Whitehall did a fantastic job. Friendly, efficient, attentive, got everything squared away and worked with delta on upgrade certificates after the fact, and then he even called me back to let me know I needed to make some updates in my profile for things to go smooth. I mean, just all the things you want when you call someone for help. It’s easy to forget to talk about the good stuff that happens, and I just wanted to say that he did an excellent job, was great to work with, and gave me a great first impression on working with your team.

I am a Thrivent employee. I was caught in Denver after my connection to Laguardia was cancelled (gate agent thought it was weather, but it turned out to be a sink hole in one of the runways.). The original carrier auto-booked me on a flight days later, but I had to get home. I didn't know what to do. Then I remembered the 1-800 help line. I spoke to a real human, and she quickly booked me on a flight to a nearby airport and I was back on my way. AND she contacted the original carrier to cancel the auto-booked flight and ensure I wasn't charged for it. So grateful for the help in the middle of a crazy and exhausting travel day.

Have went on group travels with them, they helped me put together a large group cruise of my own, just to name a few. Always easy to work with. All the agents I have worked with were friendly and available when I had questions.
Even though we were transitioning over to Fox Travel and no profile was set up, the person that handled my hotel reservation was super friendly and helpful. He was very patient.
