Fox Travel is reliable for business travel and I would recommend them. I've not used Fox for personal travel so cannot comment on that. I do get a few marketing emails from Fox re: personal travel, but the opportunities seem somewhat limited compared to information I get from other travel companies such as Avoya.
Agent was incredibly helpful. Booking via Concur is also very streamlined and easy to use.
