This was our first time using a travel agency, and we thought it was great! Emily did a great job in helping us book our Lord of the Rings site seeing road trip in New Zealand for later this year! One of the reasons we picked this agency was that you were open on Saturdays; however, we just heard that you won't be open on Saturdays anymore which is a bummer, so that is why we gave a 9 instead of a 10. We still plan on coming back for booking future trips, because the service was great, it's just that if Saturdays are no longer an option, it will be a little tricky with setting up in person meetings (which we prefer) with our work hours.
