It is easy to work with the site. The only thing I would like to see is travel estimation tool since we are asked to submit request with cost options - I think having a tool that is not an actual booking so we can run scenario's and come up with best cost options would be a big benefit.

Friends typically don't use agents like Fox for making personal travel arrangements. Our family doesn't either. We're very experienced in this area and deal directly with the airlines and hotels, etc. But I am a big proponent of managed travel for work. I was the executive sponsor when we transitioned to it at Moss Adams and the resulting program subsequently fell under my oversight. There were then and are still numerous reasons why managed travel provides benefits to companies, although I won't go into them here. To that end however, I always support our program to Baker Tilly colleagues. The good news that followed the merger was the continued use of Concur as the platform. Moss Adams used a different travel management company but the transition to Fox was smooth and easy. And that's my main feedback. Fox is easy to use and helpful when I need assistance.

We have our own corporate dedicated person who knows us and makes everything easy. I don't travel as much as many, so I appreciate the second set of eyes on my choices. Although it's easy enough to buy my tickets via the Delta app, I don't warrant any special level of support from Delta, but I know Fox Travel has my back if/when things go sideways and I need help with something.
