Cathy was so helpful last night when my flight from San Antonio to Denver got diverted to Grand Junction for storms, had a number of unfortunate delays, and just didn’t have real updates from United. She got me rebooked for this morning, gave me a few close by hotel options, and was just a calm and friendly voice when an airplane full of people were in chaos. She even texted me the hotel address from her personal phone to make sure I got to the right place since it was midnight. She was lovely!

I use Fox Travel often and this time i had a very short turn around time for hotels and car rental. Compounding all of that i out in the wrong month on my original request. After a few emails and eventually a phone call the Fox team made it all work. Found a rental car same day and hotel in Chicago the next day. Thank you for correcting my mistake and short notice for travel needs. I was very pleased.
