I appreciated the TOTAL experience.. so helpful...so knowledgeable.. I was SO impressed by the fact that my "agent" took an unbelievable amount of time with me and many of my special concerns. My trip involved many many layers and I had so many questions. All handled SO professionally and courteously. If she did not know, she asked others on the team. There were numerous times he paused and looked into different options. WOW I say.
