What I like most about Arrow Exterminators is the excellent customer service. Our technician, Grey, is very thorough, polite, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Setting up appointments is easy, and communication is always great. When I had a problem in between my quarterly services, Grey responded quickly and came out promptly to treat the issue. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our guy I think his name is Scott always rings the door bell to let us know he is here doing his work. Always answers any questions i might have. Checked out a problem inside and resolved it with no extra charge. No pressure to do more but there if needed. Next visit I will make sure i have his name. Very nice person
