I find the office staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with the actual exterminator has varied from fabulous to just OK. I rate the “just ok guys” based on their commitment to the job. In all cases the company has met our expectations on the service that they provide. The last scheduled visit was with a new “bug guy and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, excellent, lasted and listened to our issues……and then addressed them. Used a new product that was very effective. He explained the benefits of the product, carefully took down spider webs, took his time and had pride in the job.

We have been Arrow pest customers for years & we have been happy with their services. Clint has been our regular Arrow technician for about a year & we are extremely happy with him. But he was out sick on our last appointment & Castle was nice enough to cover for Clint. Castle was very polite & thorough & he did a wonderful job knocking down the plethora of spider webs that accumulate around our windows & eaves this time of year. In the past we had a tech that halfway attended to the windows & eaves, even when we asked him to return to do a better job. We figured if he was skimping on the windows & eaves, he was likely skimping on the bug treatments & we were struggling with live roaches in the house for a while. We were able to utilize our security cameras to watch the tech work & time his return visit to less than 4 minutes from the time he drove in to when he left. But the spider webs were still there & this was a problem. We understand the equipment used to remove spider webs is only so long, so some areas may be out of reach. But these spider webs were not difficult to reach. So we called Arrow & asked for another tech. At first, the person on the phone said gee, most people really liked this tech. I responded by saying that was great but we were ready to change companies if they didn't send a better tech. They sent Clint to our home & we couldn't be happier. He is professional, on time, friendly & thorough. And he has done a great job on our roaches & spider webs. And we called Arrow to let them know what we thought of Clint & to thank them for sending him to us. It's refreshing to know that Castle is another Arrow tech that is very dependable. We appreciate both Clint & Castle very much as well as Arrow. We recommend Arrow to friends & family but as with any company, if you are noticing problems with the service, speak up & as for help.
