Emily was very sweet and personable. She was very knowledgeable about different bugs and helped me understand a few things about what I was seeing around my yard and house. I hate that she is switching to an office role and won't be back next time but I know she will do a great job anywhere she goes. The office staff lady I spoke with to set up my appointment was very nice and helpful. She helped explain the process and went over my options perfectly so I knew exactly what I was wanting to have done. All in all, very impressed with Arrow!

My tecnician for quarterly service is always dependable, on time, thorough, a good communicator and keeps my home pest free. His name is Don. Also you have good office staff. Corteous and professional.
