They are wonderful and are truly people oriented. We've been doing business with them for over 7 years. If you are still seeing pests after the first visit, they remain persistent until the pests are completely exterminated. A very great company all the way around.
Arrow is always prompt with periodic visits/treatments. Very friendly service representatives who seem to stay a with the company for a long time. Office staff is always courteous and helpful when we have an issue in between treatments. We have been in this new home for five years, we have only had pests in the house one time and they were cleared quickly within a day with one treatment, ants found a crack in our foundation and tracked to pet food inside. There one thing corporate needs to do, add a 'one-time' set up for annual payments and make it easy to find on the website, old folks like me hate to set calendar reminders to pay annually! We have had six to eight different firms come to the house saying they are treating homes near us and promising better treatment, lower prices, and great pest control. We always tell them we are very happy with Arrow and will stay with them. There is always some push back or higher pressure salesmanship and when that happens, I politely say, "please listen to me, we are not changing, we are happy with Arrow!" I always wish them good luck, but have to turn and close the door.

The pest control worker always calls me the day before he is coming with an approximate time. He is very friendly and polite, asks me if I am having any pest problems, and answers any questions. He works quickly and I am free to call him if I have any problem between visits.
