The gentleman who came to my house was very nice and professional. He walked me through what he was going to do, and although that really wasn’t necessary since I work from home and needed to get things done, I appreciated it because it was his first time servicing my property. He completed everything, and he even knocked on the door when he was finished to let me know he was done.
The only part of the experience I didn’t particularly care for was the repeated upselling of your other businesses and services. I completely understand that your company offers additional services, but I think those are better discussed during the initial call, particularly when someone has just moved into a new home and may actually be looking for those services.
For example, I was told several times about your lawn service even after I explained that I had already hired another company and was under contract with them. At that point, continuing to promote the service really wasn’t helpful or necessary.
Overall, I was very pleased with the gentleman who came to my home and the service he personally provided. My only recommendation would be to reconsider how and when the additional services are promoted to customers.

Been using Bug Out for our home and yard for quite some time now. Very happy with home application but a little dissatisfied with the yard application. Sprayer never notifies us Pryor to coming. There are still certain weeds that are taking over the lawn even after discussing this problem with the lawn guy. I have tried to hand pull the weeds in question but there are too many. I shouldn’t have to if I’m paying Bug Out to take care of it!

Professional and easy to communicate
