Everything was done very quickly and efficiently- and I wasn't required to be there during the second visit where the spraying and implanting of the termite stations were done. Meaning that it didn't conflict with my work at all. But most importantly, the job was done, and the Carpenter Bees and Termites both seem to be gone!
The guy that comes and sprays Tim is a good guy. Always polite and willing to go above and beyond with his service.

Arrow has been a great service for us both termite and bugs. This visit was our quarterly pest control. Our tech is Hunter who is absolutely wonderful. He is knowledgeable, nice, professional, and simply so likeable. We have been using Arrow for our pest control since we moved into this house over 8 years ago and have been extremely happy with their service. We very rarely see any bugs and if we do you can tell that they are slowing dying. We have had cats, dogs, and children at our house and the chemicals they use are safe for all. Unfortunately, this visit we also had to have a large yellow jacket ground nest treated. It took one treatment and the nest was exterminated making safe for our grandkids to play outside. The customer service at Arrow is excellent and Hunter is the best. Their prices are fair and in 8 years have not increased much at all. I highly recommend them of all of your pest control needs including termite.
