First, your representative called me to schedule a service time that was good for me. Your service tech arrived promptly. I asked him if he could service the outside first and then I would let out our dogs for him to do the inside. He said that was no problem and he did just that. He even brush swept the house eaves for webs and bugs. Very nice gentleman, courteous and pleasant. So far since contracting with Arrow, I've not had any BAD roach problems.
