He is punctual, always calling to confirm his arrival time and extremely thorough, both inside and outside. He always asks if we have a pest problem, and before leaving provides a verbal report on what he observed and did. We have been very satisfied with the results from his quarterly inside treatment and monthly mosquito service. Before leaving, he reminds us to call him if we have any problems.
