We are very pleased with the service we receive from Arrow Exterminator. We Were introduced to the company by our real estate lady when we moved to Georgia two years ago and ask them to check our new house. We purchased the year around service for home and yard and have also used them for an attic issue. The workers are all very polite and treat your home with respect. We can call them at any time should a problem arise between scheduled services. We would highly recommend this company to our friends and family.
Matt is such a pleasant representative of Arrow. He is attentive to all of our requests and explains in great detail conditions affecting our insect control. His customer service should be an example for all to follow!

What I like about the services is, very friendly customer service. Any time I have questions or concerns, everything gets answered with even side advice or the future. Customer service isn't pushy to make a sale which is always a good feeling.

Since I've had Arrow Exterminators providing quarterly pest control services, I've had no pest issues. The technician assigned to me, Don Caulder, is a seasoned pest control specialist. He shows up on time for scheduled appointments, is always friendly, personable, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. There is no one I'd rather have conducting pest control services to my home.
I interact primarily with Don; although, I have spoken by phone with a couple of other people at the Arrow office in Pensacola. Each have been friendly, polite, professional, informative and helpful. Arrow Exterminators, in my opinion, is a very good company. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Joseph was our person that came and did our first service at our new home, and he was very professional and took his time and sprayed everywhere under our decks, porch and listened to our concerns since we are new to GA. He also did a great job inside our home and garage. Office staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we called to setup our service with them. We also used them to inspect our home prior to purchasing our home and Jasmyn was very informative and explained everything very well to us as we made our decision on the purchase. We have taken her advice on some of her suggestions and feel confident we will have no issues in the future.
