I have been a customer fot over thirty years in three different homes. I like Alec, our Arrow Guy. He comes in the window when he says he will and is also a good source of information about the other products and services provided by Arrow. For example, we had squirrels in the attic this winter and I was very impressed with the work of the squirrel removal team.
