I have been with y'all over 40 years. I have termite protection, quarterly service, and wildlife service with you. As a rule I have been satisfied with you service. Last year I called your wildlife department because I could see and hear squirrels trying to get into my home and when I called they said it would be at least a month before they could get to me. I was terribly upset. I called again and someone came and he gave me his cell phone number and said I could call him and he would take care of my problem for Arrow. A squirrel had chewed a whole on the side of my house to get into my attic. That was frightening.
I find you raise your rates pretty frequently. As a rule when I call your offices the ladies are very nice and accommodating.
Once I get use to my quarterly service provider - he is gone. That is upsetting to me. You form relationships with these people and then they are gone. I have to say Carl is great and the gentleman I had before was good also. I have seen am pests which is always good.
Hughes is very accomdating and makes sure you are satisfied with their services. The employees are very professional and the prices are reasonable. Thank you, Hughes Exterminating!

Service is prompt and on time per purchased schedules for pest control and termite protection. All workers are pleasant to converse with and they do their job quickly and efficiently.
Very convenient and several time frames available
Technician takes time with service and provides information when requested. When a service did not resolve the ant problem he returned to re-spray.
