Their team is incredibly responsive, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and their communication is outstanding. Living in Florida, we deal with all kinds of pests year-round, but thanks to Hughes, we rarely have any issues. Punctual and listens to customers. Will always come back to kill those pesky ants since we are on continued service. Also, will take extra effort if some bugs show up that we've never seen.
