Nader’s technicians are excellent communicators. They always text to let us know when to expect them and what they plan to do while on our property. They encourage us to ask questions and to mention issues. At the house, whether working inside or outside (or both), they knock and greet, then start, doing thorough inspections and treatments, being respectful of property and belongings. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, explaining how to handle any pest problems encountered.
I love Casey. I have been using him for a long time and he always works with my schedule.

Greg takes great care of us so no problems with any creepy crawlers. We've used Hughes on a quarterly basis for several years. Customer Service is great and very accommodating.
First, I haven't had a real pest issue since they began servicing my property. Several times an ant hill has popped up after their visit and they have been great about coming back and taking care of the problem before it gets worse.
Secondly, I like the service representatives. Most of our time we have had Alex, who is just the best. But the other service reps have been great as well.
All in all, it's been a great experience.

And to think when I saw one of your trucks in our neighborhood over just after closing on our home, I stopped to ask about the service they provide.
