I used a competitor for years who sold to a consolidator. When I really needed them for a rat infestation they were a litany of computer questions about my problem which ended saying someone would call me back. This was during business hours. I immediately called Arrow and got a person on the phone. They were there that day. I have switched permanently to Arrow. Every serviceman that arrives at our house lets us know they are there and are very pleasant. If they are running behind they have contacted us as to their delay. My husband and I enjoy speaking with them. They’re always very professional in that they check with us to see if we need any specific areas treated as well as the normal treatment. If they do see signs of insects/pests they discuss it with us and do whatever else is needed. Once they have treated the property you get an email of what was treated and a final bill. Much appreciated!
