Arrow has had the pest control contract since we have lived here...almost 2 years now. They always reach out ahead of time to schedule the quarterly treatment. Also, there are times when I have to reschedule, and Arrow never fails to be fleixible and accomodating. Recently, we had a rat problem. Arrow came out, found the exeterior entrance holes and sealed them. They placed traps, came out to check them a couple times per week. In total, they removed 7 large rats from our house. A fact for which we are grateful.
Arrow is a brand name with the friendly feel of a home town company. I highly recommend them for any pest problem.
