Arrow is absolutely the best. I have had your service for ages. I am not upset, but on latest visit I wanted the cobwebs knocked down on my back decks. The cobwebs that were reachable by hand were knocked down but the ones (many of them) requiring the use of an extension pole were left to flourish. I went up to Home Depot and purchased an extension pole and took care on the cobwebs that were left....and like I said many of them. Just letting you know.....it does not change my opinion of Arrow or the Service Technician.
