I had a real problem with bugs in my house. After Hughes came and sprayed, I didn't have any more bugs.
1. The person who answers the phone at Hughes. 2. Payton (I hope I correctly recall his name) was at my home the first visit & inspection from Hughes. 3. Scott has been here twice. I look forward to meeting Keith in November or before, if necessary due to a bug problem. I also like the education I am receiving from Hughes. The overall treatment of the house from Scott is exceptional!. I have had the wrong pest control for so many, many years. I had no idea it could be what Hughes does. I do not want my name publicly “out there”. Thank you.

Our service tech, Hunter, is very prompt in his arrival; actually, he arrives 5-10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time to do his paperwork before coming in. He is very thorough inside the house and outside. Always asks if there are any problems that need attention. We have not had any problems with any bugs since Hunter started taking care of my house.
