Appointments are easy, I get an email from my technician Samir and he sets it up. If I have a situation between scheduled appointments, he comes back out at out at no charge.
Samir and I have a great working relationship, and my dog just loves him.
Explains what he is going to do, and does it. Also answers any questions that I have.
From Mark in the front office all the way to the guys in the field like Joe, John, Dwayne and Phil, Hughes Exterminators offers us excellent, professional and friendly service. We particularly appreciate having our calls answered promptly, and service is timely and thorough. When we had a call-back for a pest infestation, Hughes was right there. We always count on their timely scheduling and really enjoy knowing that these guys have our back.

Our exterminator Tim is very thorough. Answers all our questions and he is very knowledgeable and pleasant and respectful ( and my dogs love him too!). We really like that he is very dependable and if we have an issue in between treatments all we have to do is send him a text.
