Most of the time, my yard looks great. I wasn't home when the tech came, but he left me a paper & he saID MY YARD HAS 2 DIFFERENT KIND of grasses. Well I go through this every year. Shouldn't he know that it is Nut Sedge through my front yard & back yard. I have3 been with you for at least 20 yrs and I know that you will fix this, but why should I have to call you on it? Please come & spray for it before it takes over my whole yard. Please respond!

When I setup with Trugreen for 2017 it was for two treatments for 2017. I paid $72.95 on
03/17/2017 and had to be treated again on 04/25/2017 for weeds. I was billed for this second treatment and it would be $72.95 due May 10. The total for two treatments
for 2017 would be $145.90 . I don't believe this second treatment within a month should be considered as the later treatment in the years. Please let know about the second payment for 04/25/2017 Name removed

Since me last feedback, my TruGreen representative responded in quick order correct the issue being experienced with my lawn and the invasive problem that developed. My TurGreen representative (Bill), came out to my residence twice and identified the concern and treated the lawn appropriately to get it under control. Due to the invasive nature of the specific identified weed, another follow up inspection may be warranted and Bill advised he would check back to determine.
The consistent and professional follow up by TruGreen was greatly appreciated in order to resolve the issue.

I have received my first mosquito application earlier this week. Prior to the application, I was being bitten when I stepped outside. Since the application, I haven't been bitten once! It is nice to be able to live life outside without being eaten alive!
TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. NOW YARDS ON EACH SIDE OF US ARE ALSO BEING SERVICED BY TRUGREEN. NOW PROPERTY LINE SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. IF WE HAVE AN PROBLEM, A CALL TO THE OFFICE AND SOMEONE ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP AND RESOLVES IT. WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS BEFORE MOVING TO THIS AREA.
