The excellent follow up of Lisa Berns. The aeration was a complete disaster with them puncturing the sprinkler system and breaking the electric fence. Lisa handled the situation promptly and professionally every step of the way. Problems are always going to arise in business, it is how they are handled that keeps customers. I get a call when the tech is coming. The tech is very friendly and takes care of my bushes. When I have a problem with mites on my burning bushes he always comes and retreats them.

Lawn is looking great
Had a lot of weeds that started showing up. Contacted Trugreen and they sent a tech out to retreat. I waited for a several days to see the results and the weeds are dying out quickly. Lawns looks great again.

For the most part your service man comes on the date specified by telephone unless the weather is not conducive for which I am grateful.
