I talked with Lisa in the Florence, KY office. She was FABULOUS!! I had a question about my lawn and she took care of it quickly and with a smile you could hear! Honestly, SHE should be doing customer service training and I told her that.
I've seen other people who have TruGreen services and their yards look great and that's why I started the service. I can't wait to get rid of all these weeds and have a pretty yard.

The follow up from Lisa from my last survey was very thorough. She had a reservice done to my property. The only other concern I have is that last year my seeding and aeration was done very early (August) and I think that contributed to the bare spots. Thanks.

TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. NOW YARDS ON EACH SIDE OF US ARE ALSO BEING SERVICED BY TRUGREEN. NOW PROPERTY LINE SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. IF WE HAVE AN PROBLEM, A CALL TO THE OFFICE AND SOMEONE ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP AND RESOLVES IT. WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS BEFORE MOVING TO THIS AREA.

Most of the time, my yard looks great. I wasn't home when the tech came, but he left me a paper & he saID MY YARD HAS 2 DIFFERENT KIND of grasses. Well I go through this every year. Shouldn't he know that it is Nut Sedge through my front yard & back yard. I have3 been with you for at least 20 yrs and I know that you will fix this, but why should I have to call you on it? Please come & spray for it before it takes over my whole yard. Please respond!

When I setup with Trugreen for 2017 it was for two treatments for 2017. I paid $72.95 on
03/17/2017 and had to be treated again on 04/25/2017 for weeds. I was billed for this second treatment and it would be $72.95 due May 10. The total for two treatments
for 2017 would be $145.90 . I don't believe this second treatment within a month should be considered as the later treatment in the years. Please let know about the second payment for 04/25/2017 Name removed
