I like that the TruGreen serviceman comes when they say they are going to and explain the service that they have performed. I have seen a definite improvement in my lawn in the year that Ihave had TruGreen and am very pleased with the service for the price.

your lawn care guys do a great job. your billing dept. leaves a lot to be desired, also as a customer it's a shame to sit on hold for long periods without a peep from you. this may make my decision to renew or cancel much easier. this is a poor way to run a business. also I pay for a yearly fee but still get charged each time you come out , what tis all about.
