Call before you come usually next day (weather permitting). Follow-up quickly about any problems. Don't like communication set-up. National wide with who answers telephone rather than local or same office every time.

Your technician, Johnnie Chow was very pleasant and professional. He rang the bell to let us know that he came by to service our lawn and I was able to ask him some questions about the growing weeds. He gave us pointers about what he was going to do on 8/3/21 and how to follow up with watering requirements.
I would like to have the same technician (Mr. Johnnie Chow) continue treating our yard, so that he can ensure continuity in the treatment process, remembering how he treated the lawn last month and how he will need to treat the lawn next month. In this way, he can ensure success of the lawn treatment and improvement program.

Excellent representation of the company.
However I feel the attention of keeping up with my yard might be a bit sluggish.
Yard went back to terrible in between treatments.
Was hoping to hear from someone by now about my back yard that I had scheduled with one of your CSR but that has yet to happen.
