I've had TruGreen for over six years. For the past couple of years my grass has not shown the growth and richness that should come with lawn service. Last fall, one of your representatives burned three very noticeable sections of my grass in three different areas which left a noticeable non grass growing areas. The rating for last year would be a 7. I gave a rating of 10 because your new specialist Kennie, Branch #5402, took the time last week to explain what was and needs to happen to make my grass look and feel healthy again. I want Kennie to service my lawn, and I will be making a decision at the end of the growing season whether to continue TruGreen services. Thank you, Darryl Last name removed

I made a mistake with my previous email using webpage. I misread the treatment as soil testing, whereas it is actually lime treatment. Please ignore my previous email.
When I signed up for prepay, I purposely did NOT select soil test, which meant to me that I did not want that service for the year. I was surprised to get a bill for it. I had a soil test last year with Scott's lawn care. I can't believe there was much change over that one and no reason to spend an extra $56. I would appreciate a good explanation why I needed another soil test, and why it was not excluded from my plan for this year.
