He is always courteous when he arrives and if I am visibly available, he and I will discuss what applications will be applied and what we can expect from the treatment. He is always considerate of my plants, which are all around the home, of which I sincerely appreciate. He always takes his time and is incredibly thorough...every time. He is such a wonderful asset to your company/team and I have utmost confidence in his ability every time he comes to our home.
