Johnnie Chow serviced our yard on 4 December 2021. This was one of the few times I was home and actually got to see what he does. He was quiet - didn't even know he was in the yard. I talked with him briefly and he wanted to make sure that our puppy was secure and would keep inside for a little while after he sprayed. The spraying (fertilizer and weed control) seemed very methodical.

Johnney just did an excellent job in applying lime to the yard. He always takes time to make sure the yard is cleared before spreading. As always I am very happy about this work and I highly recommend him.
Johnnie Chow was great! My husband who works from didn't realize Johnnie was in the back yard and let the dog out. Johnnie stayed calm with the dog barking at him (and being somewhat aggressive/protective of "her" yard) and my husband was able to get the dog back inside. The lawn service was provided with care and Johnnie even made sure the gate in the back yard was closed as he left.
Unfortunately, my husband (who works from home) let the dog outside before he realized the lawn care specialist was in out back yard. The lawn care specialist handled the situation well and my husband was able to get our barking dog back inside. My husband apologized to the lawn care specialist. I received the call that morning about the service, but was teaching and wasn't able to let my husband know to NOT let the dog outside before checking the yard. Had I received the call the day before, we could have avoided this incident.
I am pleased with the service provided by our lawn care specialist and hope our dog didn't scare him too much!

My technician Johnny is very thorough. Writes up a good report on what was done to the lawn and is a hard worker. he makes sure he shuts the gate because we have dogs. is very polite and aims to please. When the reseeding wasn't done as thoroughly as i thought it should be that crew was very agreeable to go over it again.
Today Montray came out for our lawn maintenance. As we talked he listened to my concern about the weeds and made me feel very comfortable that he had everything under control. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he saw and applied it to my lawn today. Great job Tray
